Lascivious Conduct with a Minor

Lascivious conduct with a minor occurs when “a person who is in position of authority” over a minor to “force, persuade, or coerce a minor, with or without consent, to disrobe or partially disrobe for the purpose of arousing or satisfying the sexual desires of either of them.”
It is a serious misdemeanor punishable by fines ranging from $315 to $1875 and up to one year in jail.
